Application Review & Payment Policy
- Payment Required: Payment of the participation fee is required at the time of application submission.
- Application Review: All applications are subject to review and approval by the Leimert Park Village Book Fair. Submitting an application and payment does not guarantee acceptance.
- Declined Applications: If an application is declined by the Book Fair, the participation fee will be refunded in full.
- Nonrefundable Fees: Once an application has been accepted, all participation fees are nonrefundable, including in cases of applicant cancellation or withdrawal.
- The Leimert Park Village Book Fair reserves the right to accept or decline applications.
